(More customer reviews)I loved the design of this entertainment center...and it goes great with my black sofas. I also love the fact that it's a corner cabinet, because that's pretty much the only place in my living room the tv could go. I did have a problem putting my DVD/CD changer in, because it was rather long. I really didn't want to deal with taking it apart and mailing it back, so I removed to of the panels in the bak to leave the back part open so that the DVD changer can hangout from the back. All in all...i like it. It keeps my stuff from getting too dusty. It's also very solid and sturdy wood.

Nice cabinet made out of pressboard. Includes everything you need to put it together. Uses clasps to hold the pieces together with dowels. I'm not too impressed with the dowels as they seemed too thin for the holes drilled. Also the clasps didn't seem to hold too tightly. This is probably to make the installation easier, but I would have preferred a tighter fit.
The cabinet is black, but fairly sheeny so it would match with Espresso Brown furniture. Comes with a black marker in case you get some scratches. A very simple cabinet with glass shelves. Works perfect in my location. I'm not sure it's such a great value at $269, but it worked for me.
Mine came overnight via Fedex and arrived in perfect condition. I have no idea what kind of deal Amazon has with Fedex, but this thing weighs 101 lbs. That would cost the lay-person over $500 to my location! Amazon Prime = $3.99. Crazy deal.
I would suggest taking your time putting the cabinet together and using glue on the dowels and between the pressboard pieces. I think this makes for a tighter/better installation.

It was a little bit difficult to put together, but not too bad. The directions are not the easiest thing to follow or maybe it was because there were a lot of parts, but anyway, it only took me about 2 hours to put it together. I wanted something with compartments for storage, but also with an open space for the cable box. This was perfect!

No screws, just screw the poles into each other and you are done. Very sturdy, solid pieces, looks very sleek and expensive, looks better than most chain stores smaller stands that cost around $150 -$200. Easily holds my 46" Samsung and cable boxes, very stable. cant beat this deal.
