He installed it which was very easy and it is very very solid with no sway whatsoever, even on a 32" flat screen. The price was, by far, much much lower than anyone else for the same item. This was a real winner both in pricing, quality and customer service. I highly recommend this item to everyone. PLUS the price can't be touched elsewhere!!!!
