(More customer reviews)The Shoji screen arrived quickly but when I removed it from the carton I had the same experience as other reviewers. Part of the screen was torn. I called the company and they dispatched FEDEX within a couple of days. They immediately sent another Shoji screen and that one arrived beautifully intact. The people at the company were friendly and extremely accommodating. Though I was displeased for receiving the first one damaged the company replaced it at no expense or heavy lifting on my part.
