I purchased a new Panasonic HD set for my bedroom and I had looked for a stand that would match the color and provide a good sturdy base. I saw this stand at a local store, but the price was crazy high. I checked it online and found it at a great price at Amazon. It was very easy to assemble. It weights a ton and is very sturdy. It also matches my black trim TV to a tee. I highly recommend.
