(More customer reviews)This product has worked great for me. I like that I can read the temperature at a glance from a distance. If you prefer Celsius (0C-50C) over Fahrenheit (32F-122F) or vice versa you can set it to your preference. I have used it in my small 10 gallon freshwater aquarium for about a year now and it still works great. It seems accurate but the suction cup tends to not stick to the glass after a while. It also has a small plastic tab in the back so you can sit it upright on a flat surface but if you want it on a wall or to stick it to something you could probably use a double sided sticky mounting square. Otherwise, I recommend this product and think it is worth the ten bucks.
UPDATE: If your temperature is not reading acurately change the battery. This may seem obvious but mine was reading 17.something degrees F at times and then would go back to the actual temperature ~77F. Nothing on the package instructs you to know when to change the battery. Mine lasted about a year. The battery size is an AG10 or 389 electronics button battery.
