(More customer reviews)Originally I felt like the item was going to be very nice but after having it up on the wall for about 2 months the arm doesn't hold the TV straight anymore. The piece that attaches to the studs in the wall is level and in very sturdy but the extending arm is slowly leaning down and it's an LED tv...not heavy. When chatted with a customer service rep at Amazon (the seller) below is what happened.
[executive summary: nothing, no number to call, a cust serv rep that couldn't do anything, and a pending email I may never receive....oh I did lose $89 out of the deal and a 35 min chat session to boot]

Me:there are not enough digits for it to be a US number

Me:this is why I want to deal with amazon to get a refund for a product that is NOT functioning as advertised and not a random phone number
