(More customer reviews)The descriptions of these replacement beakers is inconsistent and make ordering a challenge. Some confuse U.S. and European cups while others list "ounces." Total capacity in ounces should be listed as well as dimensions in inches. If a customer has broken his or her beaker that information may not be available so the Bodum product numbers should also be provided. All this information is available on the Bodum website but is hard to transpose elsewhere. As it is, if a mistake is made the customer must pay the postage for the return as well as for any followup order. In the meantime your otherwise excellent press is "beakerless" and unusable.
