(More customer reviews)I ordered Model W13 and received this Model MP27B instead. I mounted a 55" Samsung LED TV weighing 45 lbs. This mount is a great value. After researching several stores I expected to pay $150-$350. So I was worried that I might be disappointed in a product so much cheaper. I was not. The mount is substantial and solid. Some reviews warned that the directions were not clear; I found no problem with the directions. Here is some advice: 1. Leveling is difficult. The instructions say to hold it up to the wall. It weighs almost 50 lbs so unless you have 2 friends to help you, you will be measuring and marking, not holding it up to the wall. When you are done it will not be level. Mine was rotated by less than 2 degrees. But you will notice it and it will bother you. The instructions don't tell you about 4 hex screws on the rear of the articulated mounting plate. However, the hardware kit includes a hex wrench. Loosen these a bit and you can rotate your TV to compensate for the leveling you could not do. Its a little scary because if you loosen them too much the TV will fall. I had to clamp the nuts with a pair of pliers. 2. The brackets that mount to your TV have a left and a right. The instructions don't tell you but if you mix them up, the tilt adjustment knobs become inaccessible. Just be sure when you mount them to the TV that the tilt adjustment knobs are to the outside. 3. Sag. The weight of my TV makes the whole assembly sag about 1". This is normal. But if you have an object below the TV be sure you mount it higher than you have measured. 4. Distance between wall studs: Studs are supposed to be 16" apart. Mine were 15". The mounting holes can accommodate a range of maybe 15-3/4" to 17-1/4".
