(More customer reviews)First one arrived with broken and stripped parts (screws stripped). The item was poorly packaged and my guess was someone else had returned previously. I asked for a replacement. The replacement was in better shape but a couple of broken grates and some of the hardware missing (bolts & nuts). Both shipments arrived pretty beat up with the first one really beat up. The packaging really is not sufficient either. The first one had no instructions and the second I found in part of the packaging tape (not that this would have been that hard to put together if everything was included and not broken.
