Fortunately this product was purchased for my own home. If I had to bill one of my clients for installing a defective product, the time and money spent would have been substantially greater.
1) Due to the design of the center clips that hold up the bar, it is impossible to overlap the screens in the center, let alone have them meet in the middle.
2) The instructions are confusing, and what photos there are, are to small to decipher what is being described.
3) The 'cool touch' screen pulls were missing.
4) The screen did not fit the 30" high opening. They were too long, even thought the package stated it was for a 30" opening. It is recommended that you "bend the hangar tabs back, to raise the screen". Not only did this crude adjustment not raise them as much as it said it would, if it did, the screen would bind as it is being scraped along the underside of the valance.
5) The telescoping valance is made from flimsy sheet metal that will wound you if you are not careful. The notch formed by the seams make it look cheap and one size fits all.
I hope that I have saved someone the time and frustration of dealing with this product.
