(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these for my two fireplaces. Both arrived damaged for two reasons. First, the screen is very poorly attached to the thin frame, and second, their shipping department does not know how to pack them.
I sent them a digital picture to show them the damage, and they told me to keep them and sent me two more. I tried to tell them how to improve their packaging method so they would not be damaged, but to no avail. The next two arrived damaged and packaged the same way. Once again, they told me to keep them and sent me two more...believe it or not- they were damaged. I kept the two least damaged ones and gave the other four away to a charity re-sale shop. Uniflame's shipping department personnel are absolute idiots. And it goes to show how much these are really worth. They didn't care about getting the damaged ones back. I gave up after 6 screens.
If you can get one undamaged, it looks very contemporary...hence it gets one star.
