(More customer reviews)The TV stand is made of very sturdy wood components. The color is much darker than the picture. Wood is attractive but more like a rosewood rather than light oak. It fits perfectly beside the fireplace. We had limited space and closely checked the dimensions. We did not install the additional feet for better positioning of a large screen TV fitting under the corner of the mantle.
The vendor was excellent as far as shipping. It was a bit complicated to build but mostly because there were so many pieces. It took about 2 ½ hours to assemble with basic tools. Three pieces were damaged in shipping. It was very easy to order replacement parts and they were received in a week.
It is a quality piece for a very reasonable price.
