(More customer reviews)This device is a great. For the two years that we've had it, we put this thing to the test!! Even when we know where we are going we still turn it on.
It is really precise and it gives you the option whether if you want pedistrian mode or automobile mode. It can even estimate how much gas you've spent annually. (as long as if you entered the price of gas). It has lots of great features such as how fast your traveling,what time you will arrive, altitude, speed limit and it will even tell you how many lanes you need to be in to take the next turn when driving in a metropolitan city. And if there is traffic several miles ahead that you are not aware of , no need to worry, this bad boy will automatically reroute you to avoid traffic jams. However, my wife and I discovered a problem with this device when we were visiting chicago. It didn't work worth a dam. And I wonder if it might have something to do with the fact that Chicago has really tall buildings which might inerfere or block the device's satellite signal. Also I want to meniton that the battery life is only 2 to 3 hours long so which ever vehicle you take make sure you bring the charger. Other cities we've visited using this device: Atlanta, Nashville, St. Louis, Miami, Memphis, and Chattanooga. All of these cities we've been to the device worked great. That is why i gave it a 4 star rating.
