(More customer reviews)Basically, they advertised a Hinged Screen, first they delivered a Non-Hinged screen of the wrong invoice size. Entirely Pets personnel (Mary Ann?) was in such a hurry she did not include an address to return the first wrong hood. Then Entirely Pets delivered a Non-Hinged screen of the correct size, but I paid $25.64 not the Non-Hinged screen price of $20.64. I never received what they advertised and what the invoice read. They refunded me $12 and I have an extra wrong size hood, six weeks later..
