(More customer reviews)I am just delighted with my recent purchase of the 14' 1000XT Sunsetter Awning. It is a little more difficult to open and close than what they depict, but still manageable even tho it is quite heavy to lift and extend the arms. Also I recommend that you pay aprx 300 dollars to have it installed, it is not easy to erect, many parts, very heavy, and takes 2 or three individuals to handle it. To me, I feel this was a great investment and the family really enjoys it and I do highly recommend it to others. The quality of the unit is great.

There isn't any "stretch" to the material, however, that is a plus because it stays where you hook it. The color, Desert Sand, looks great with our house and deck. The shade does not block the view of our trees and golf course when looking out from the windows of our home. I highly recommend the Shade Sail for shading an area while keeping with the aesthetics of your landscape.
