(More customer reviews)I live in a condo and didn't want my neighbors to be able to look into my kitchen window but I didn't want curtains to block out all of the sunlight. I thought about plantation shutters, but I am so excited I purchased this instead. Its FANTASTIC. The colors are beautiful. And the first thing people see when they walk into my kitchen is my guardian dragon. I found some fantastic curtains at JCP that match perfectly and a great rug from Target with these same colors. I've never decorated a kitchen before, but with this screen, I actually have a focal point if you can believe it. It arrived on time. The put tissue paper between the panels so the hand painting isn't damaged. Sadly mine came with a bit of damage, but I loved him instantly and a bit of paint on my own patched him right up. I get tons of sunlight and my neighbors can't watch me cook. So, I immediately bought a different one from this company for my master bathroom.

However, I'll show u the trick: going to the art store and buy the velcro with double sides so u can stick it onto the wall. I did that and it's perfectly smooth. The quality is top notch. The construction is very sturdy !

(More customer reviews)I live in a condo. I wanted natural sunlight in my master bath, but didn't want the neighbors to be able to see me in the shower or brushing my teeth. I bought this to put in the window. Its the perfect size for my double window (the length of the tub). The colors are calm and pleasant. I also bought the golden dragon screen for my kitchen, he's all energy and movement. But this is nice for a relaxing bath. Let's lots of sunlight in, enough that I sometimes check to make sure no one can see in. I'd say there is about 2' above the screen in the window well. I wish I had more windows that needed covering like this. I love the idea of plantation shutters, but I am so glad I decided to try this first. Fantastic product for the price. It arrived on time and with no damage. Both screens are light weight and easy to pick up and move.

The brightness of the painting is affected by lighting and angles. The gold leaf makes it seem almost as if the painting itself is lighted. The artist who painted this is very talented. It's simple yet there's so much to it. It's nicely proportioned and the gold leaf makes you appreciate the open areas. It's hard to tell in their picture, but the small trees are in bloom in my painting with different shades of red leafs which is a nice touch because it adds more life to the painting. I love Japanese art and I'm glad I chose this painting.
