(More customer reviews)I ordered 3 Brass Screen Incense Burners - 3" Diameter. When they arrived one had scratches on the botton. Since it was on the bottom I decided not to contact the seller over the small scratches.
I used it once. I didn't know that I had to buy a special charcoal that lights easy. I used a regular coal, but it was stinky and it took a long time for it. I noticed the Insence Burner gets very hot, even though it has a wooden plate on the bottom, it gets very hot, so you cannot leave it on a table, better keep it somewhere where it's safer. I wouldn't suggest leaving it on a wooden table, better keep it on the counter in the kitchen, or on a glass table (if you have), because it gets really hot on the bottom of the Burner.
I didn't try it with the easy light charcoal, maybe it won't get as hot as with regular charcoal, because maybe they use different oils for it... I'm not sure. I used regular charcoal and used lighting fluid (regular).
