(More customer reviews)We purchased this clock for our bedroom and love it. It was easy to set and the numbers are nice and LARGE so you can read it without glasses on. It is a wall alarm clock so it came with a remote. We don't use the remote so that my husband HAS to get up out of bed to turn the alarm off.

Easy to Read 2 5 inch LED Display Clock Review

(More customer reviews)We were looking for a clock that we could hang on the wall and not have to fully wake up and squint to tell what time it is in the middle of the night. It isn't the most beautiful wall hanging, but it is functional and serves us well. It is bright, but even in full darkness it does not disturb us, likely because it is on the opposite side of the room.

(More customer reviews)This is a plug in clock with a battery backup (which is not entirely clear from the description). It is very small (definitely fits in the palm of your hand) but has a very clear LCD. I like that you can customize the color for the display but I found the basic blue shown in the picture works the best. It is perfect as a second clock for the other side of the bed--presuming there are two people.

The display is hugh so it can be easily viewed from across the room and there is a dimmer setting if you want a low level of brightness. The control buttons are large and easy to use. My wife has poor eye sight and loves this clock.

Made by Chaney Instruments, the black alarm clock employs 1-4/5-inch high digits, ideal for users with imperfect vision. A dimmer setting adjusts the display's brightness to one's personal preference. To distinguish between times before and after noon, a PM indicator light is provided. Another indicator light denotes whether or not the alarm is on. For slow risers, a snooze button temporarily silences the alarm for a few more minutes of sleep. In the event of a power outage or relocation, the clock takes a 9-volt battery for power back-up. The clock requires the separate purchase of this battery. The clock measures 3-3/8 by 7-1/2 by 3 inches and weighs 14-3/4 ounces.
