(More customer reviews)I used this to make some blackberry jam and it did a great job of getting all the seeds out. However, you almost need to run the pulp through again because I did get mostly liquid and I didn't have quite enough for my recipe the first time of squeezing it. The only other down side is that it will rust (especially the screws) so you need to be careful to not soak it too long. I didn't realize that as the squeezo strainer itself is all stainless steel so that was a bit of a surprise.

Roma Tomato Strainer Accessories Review

(More customer reviews)I was disappointed in this product. I recently lost my Victorio Strainer in a house fire. I needed to replace it to make apple sauce. I ordered this Back to Basics version because it looked the same in the picture.
This one is cheaply put together. The plastic parts are thinner then older models. The different strainers snap on instead of screw on. This makes me worried that when I'm really cranking on it and the pressure is on the strainer is going to snap off. Beware that if you have an older model, even a Back to Basics model, your screw on strainers won't fit.
