(More customer reviews)As advertised, this item works very well against splatters. Also, has durable, sturdy design. Sits well on pan & you can clean it in a snap with hot water & dish detergent. However, one knock is, one time when I was using this item I, apparently, turned the fire on an adjacent pilot too high, which scorched the screen's edge. So be careful.
