(More customer reviews)We got the Norpro Sauce Master and it had just the berry (fine) screen with it. It was OK with making tomato sauce, but it wasted a lot of the pulp and the sauce was very watery (before cooking it down). It did elminate all the seeds. With th "pumpkin" (medium) screen, we got seeds in the product (not enough to be a problem), but we also got a lot more pulp from the tomatoes making for a sauce that was significantly thicker (before cooking it down). So we suggest this screen if you don't mind some seeds and want a thicker (more pulp) tomato sauce.
