(More customer reviews)Bought this unit in January and by June we had more than 8 service calls to fix the dryer. This dryer was a fire risk and ruined two loads of clothes. This all started because the dryer would not shut off on the Auto-dry cycle, it would cycle down to something less than 20 minutes and then reset to 40 minutes, continue to heat and dry. We literly had to manually stop the dryer and leave the door open to allow the clothes to cool before removing, fist time I have ever used overn gloves to unload a dryer. The numerous service calls were due to the technicians replacing everything from the thermisters to the power supply and finally the motherboard to fix the dryer, I believe they replaced every electronic item in the unit. I will say that the unit is now operating alright, although it seems to leave more wrinkles in the dried clothes, even when you use the wrinkle guard.

(More customer reviews)Ordered this filter product in hopes that it would attach better to our washing machine's hose that drains into a stationary tub and is then pumped. We have had issues in the past with our pump getting clogged with lint and hair which leads to leaks. The product certainly traps lint but the issue was keeping the filter attached to the hose. The velcro attachments do not hold well and once they get wet they are even less effective. The picture shows an orange zip tie and white filter however we received gray velcro bands and a black cloth filter (which made it harder to see the lint when cleaning). I also found that the filter was not easy to clean, the lint just sticks too well. This means you will have to replace the filter often. We are back to using nylon socks and attach with zip ties or a strong rubberband. They are also much easier to clean and seem to last longer for us. I would not recommend this product but it may work better for you.
