The item was very poorly put together. The wielding job on the pattern is inconsistent and wielding points are rough (air holes, bumps). The sides, edges are very rough and even sharp, holders did not fit well, and it left rust marks on everything (ground, hands, shirt if brush up on it). It seems as if they simply didn't care for the product.
Furthermore, the return policy is terrible. Should've realized 20% restocking fee ($46) + shipping by the purchaser ($50 FedEx) = They really wanted to make sure it's not worth the cost for anyone to return the item.

(More customer reviews)In my opinion this piece is small and frail. Make sure your plant holder has a small narrow bottom because the surface you place you plant on is not very big. And you can't fold it out very much because then it is not stable enough to stand.
