ME: "Hi, I received my package (the case is so cute!). But I bought it for the screen protector for my Kodak C182 (which is in the decryption of this product). The screen protector is WAY too big for my camera!! By about 1" on one side & 1/2" on the other (width & length). I tried trimming it as I really needed it to be covered asap for a trip, but of course without a template I had to hold it over the screen and guestimate. Needless to say, it doesn't fit properly and I was unable to cut it exactly straight. Can you PLEASE fix this by sending me the proper screen protector for MY camera? Thanks!"

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Actually all the screen protectors that come with the camera case are universal screen protectors. So you would need to cut them as per your requirements. We will go ahead and send you a replacement screen protector please do cut it as per your camera screen dimensions. Please feel free to contact us should you have other questions.
I replied:
"Thank you! Maybe including this info in the product decription and/or a note in the pkg. would be helpful. Going so far as to including a slip of paper with all the "rectangles" (sizes) printed on it would probably be too much to ask (but would really make this superior to others out there). Will leave feedback/review.
Their 2nd response (I didn't actually expect them to respond):

CONCLUSION:
I WILL buy from them again. Great customer service! The listing isn't any different (I doubt it will change). The CASE is great too! Although snug, plenty of room for USB cable, extra memory cards or extra batteries.
