(More customer reviews)I am a home user, and this knock box is made to sit inside a professional counter. The product information states the set comes with a stainless steel knock box holder with rubber feet. I received no stainless steel knock box holder, and there are no "rubber feet" to keep this item held securely on the counter. What you see in the picture is what you get. While the bottom is flat enough to prevent tons of movement on a counter top, I have my knock box sitting on a towel. I will have to purchase rubber "feet" myself if I want to prevent slippage.
(If you have the ability to cut an actual hole in your counter to set the knock box in, the lack of a holder and rubber feet are not an issue.)
Other than the above issues, this knock box is well put-together, and the addition of a splash guard is what made me choose this particular item. Now I can knock grounds out of my filter basket and not have them end up all over my kitchen wall.

Knock box is made from heavy duty stainless steel and has a welded metal bar with replaceable rubber bar cover. The splash guard is designed to fit into the knock box to keep area clean. Set comes with stainless steel knock box holder. The rubber feet on the bottom of the holder create a stable stand on your counter and the holder comes in an attractive powder coated finish.
