(More customer reviews)This review is for the cc-28 stand. It is very easy to assemble and quite attractive looking. It would be perfect for hardwood floors. My living room unfortunately has a deep carpet, and the stand is a bit wobbly even with the pegs provided. I think the 18" stand would have been adequately stable for my situation. Or Wood technology should have increased the depth of the base for the 28" stand for additional stability. I am quite concerned about the stand toppling if we have even a small earthquake. The reason I gave it 4 stars in because it is not perfect for my floor.
The wire guide is very nicely designed, and works very well. With the stand on the pegs, it is a breeze to route the wire through the stand. The top plate is perfect for supporting wider speakers. It feels sturdy enough to adequately support the heavier speakers. Definitely recommended as long as you do not have a deep carpet.
One word about the [...] experience. One of the stands had stripped screw holes. When I contacted [...], they immediately issued an RMA, and the replacement process was a breeze. Kudos to [...] for outstanding customer service.
