(More customer reviews)I ordered these in preparation for a make your own pizza party for about 30 people at my house with a standard electric oven. Based on some internet searches, I seasoned these first (coat with vegetable oil, put in VERY hot oven (e.g., 500-550) for 10-15 minutes--but be sure you have a good range hood as this will result in smoke--especially if you do multiple screens at one time). I can fit 3 of these on each rack in my oven, and with 4 oven racks, I could cook 12 pizzas at a time--far better than only fitting 2 individual pizzas on my pizza stone at one time. By seasoning the screens, we had no problems getting the finished pizzas off of the screen (even when some people pushed the dough down onto the screen, the dough just popped off). Everyone thought these were a great product and I know I found it much easier to cook that many pizzas over the course of an evening. At the end of the night, we gave them a quick scrub with a brush (no soap--it'll ruin the seasoning) and they were good to go for next time.
